Cheryl first entered the helping professions over twenty-five years ago, by working at a shelter for men experiencing homelessness. At CHRC, her dream of seeing people being able to access the holistic resources needed to heal mind, body and spirit have been realized.

Jay’s passion is to help people unleash their potential. For over 20 years, Jay has used speaking, teaching, pastoral counselling, life coaching and wilderness adventures to help people learn to grow and become more of who they really are.

Penny has been registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario for 31 years. Her nursing career began in the hospital setting, working on coronary care and medical units in Peterborough and Toronto.

Meghan works with people to recognize how their sexual template has been developed and in what ways it has become problematic and addictive. Meghan’s goal in working with people is to connect them to their own sense of sexuality and redevelop a sense of connection and intimacy within themselves and with others.

Karen has experience working in homeless shelters, has been a Case Manager with male federal offenders on parole in the community and is also an Addictions Case Manager in the Peterborough supporting the homeless community.
