Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a counsellor and administrative personnel who will assist you with our admission process. We will review forms with you that describe client and facility responsibilities and provide CHRC with informed consent to deliver your clinical and medical treatment. Any questions you have will be answered and, once settled in and when ready, you will be provided with orientation and a tour of the facility.
We follow strict federal and provincial privacy regulations and internal policies to ensure a safe and structured recovery environment that adheres to our clients’ rights and confidentiality.
